Celebrate Easter at Oakleigh Central by decorating your own Lambatha!

In Greek Orthodox tradition, a "lambatha" is a decorated candle, often given by godparents to their godchildren. The candle is lit at midnight mass on Holy Saturday and helps to bring home the holy light from church to people’s homes.

We'll have plenty of decorations in-centre to adorn your candle. Visit us outside Home Essentials from Wednesday 8 April - Saturday 11 April, between 10am - 4pm.

How to get involved:

Spend $10 in-centre at any participating retailer and sign up to Oakleigh Central's newsletter to decorate your own candle.
